What’s life like for Christians in Afghanistan?
Those who decide to follow Jesus must do so in complete secret. They face danger not just from Islamic extremist groups, like the increasing threat from Taliban and so-called Islamic State, but from their own family. Christians may be sent to a mental hospital, because family members don’t believe that a sane person would leave Islam. Worse still, believers are often killed by their family.
